Support Order-to-Cash operations, invoicing, payment transactions, and online service processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Solid customer engagement and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of cloud services, Azure fundamentals, and online platforms.
Knowledge of commerce and billing processes, including invoicing and payment transactions.
Experience with account login troubleshooting and customer support operations.
Strong learning agility and ability to quickly acquire current technical skills.
