Role & responsibilities
Identify key accounts, current markets and opportunities for business growth.
.Generate leads, enquiries and manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
Conduct customer visits, presentations and techno-commercial discussions.
Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial quotations within company guidelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up on orders, payments and customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with Technical, Production, Service, Logistics and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, sales forecasts and regular MIS reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and develop current business opportunities
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery/equipment sales.
Understanding of plastics processing industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of techno-commercial sales processes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements.
Strong follow-up and order-closing ability.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/ERP systems.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
Solid business development and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
