Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and coordinate with the service team.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints courteously and professionally.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
Uphold Della Resorts grooming, hospitality, and service standards at all times.
Ensure a memorable dining experience by delivering personalized guest service.

Job Expectations:

1) Experience in Fine Dining, Pan Asian, or Specialty Restaurants will be preferred.
2) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi or other foreign languages is an added advantage.
3) Pleasing personality with excellent grooming and interpersonal skills.
4)



Robust guest service orientation with the ability to handle VIP guests and high-volume operations.
5) Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, POS-integrated reservation systems) is an added advantage.
6) Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
7) Candidates from luxury hospitality brands will be preferred.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum Job Experience: 1 3 years of experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel, resort, or specialty restaurant. Reporting to: Director of FB Travel: N/A
