About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Employee Engagement Specialist to enhance our employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and internal communication strategies within a mid-sized or large organisation.

This role requires excellent planning, stakeholder management, communication, and event management skills to drive high-impact employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with the organisation's culture and business objectives.
Plan and execute employee engagement calendars, cultural celebrations, festivals, town halls, and team-building activities.
Manage employee recognition and rewards programs to improve employee motivation and retention.
Organise employee wellness initiatives, awareness campaigns, and well-being programs.
Develop and manage internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, engagement campaigns, and other communication materials.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless execution of engagement events and activities.
Conduct employee feedback surveys, analyse engagement data, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report key engagement metrics and present insights to HR leadership.
Support employer branding and employee experience initiatives.
Ensure all engagement activities are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Experience
58 years of experience in Employee Engagement and/or Employee Experience.
Experience working in a mid-sized or large organisation is mandatory.
Solid experience in planning and executing:
Employee engagement activities
Employee events
Recognition and rewards programs
Wellness initiatives
Internal employee communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid event planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
