Role Overview

We're looking for a Graphic + Motion Designer who pairs solid visual craft with movement. You'll bring Ithi's earthy, cinematic, tactile world to life — across brand visuals, graphics, and motion. Someone who understands colour, form, texture, and shape as fundamentals, and knows how to make them move with intention and soul.

Key Responsibilities

– Design graphics, brand assets, and visual content rooted in Ithi's aesthetic.

– Create motion pieces — animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.





– Apply brand elements like sacred geometry, film textures, and handcrafted type.

– Collaborate with the branding and creative teams to keep a consistent visual voice.

Most Key Skills

– Strong visual craft: colour, form, texture, shape, and composition.

– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

– Motion skills in After Effects; working knowledge of Premiere Pro.

– A strong portfolio showing both graphic design and motion work.

Nice to Have

– 3D or advanced motion-graphics skills (a plus, not required).

– An appreciation for cinema, storytelling, and artistic collaboration.
