We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager with 10+ years of expertise in wealth management, investment advisory, or luxury real estate sales. The ideal candidate will manage high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clients, provide investment guidance, and drive sales of premium real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Present investment plans and explain ROI, appreciation potential, and market trends.
Conduct property presentations and accompany clients on site visits.
Negotiate and close high-value transactions.
Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,
and investment opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Banking, Financial Services, Luxury Real Estate, or HNI Sales.
Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Robust understanding of investment planning and wealth creation strategies.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
