Role Summary

The Associate General Manager – Sales is responsible for driving sales performance, leading the sales team, and achieving business growth for the company's real estate projects. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Monitor lead generation, site visits, customer follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports for management review.
Negotiate and close high-value sales transactions.




Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Collaborate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for smooth sales execution.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Analyze market trends and identify new business prospects to increase sales.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in handling and leading a sales team is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Language - English Kannada Hindi

Location - Koramangala Bengaluru
Preferred- Candidates preferred from real estate - added advantage

Pay: From ₹456,000.00 per year
