We are looking for a skilled F5 Administrator with 2 to 7 years of experience to manage and maintain our F5 infrastructure, including BIGIP, BIGIQ, and F5 Distributed Cloud XC platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in application delivery security policy management and advanced traffic protection features such as Bot Defense and DDoS mitigation.

Roles and Responsibility
Configure, deploy, and maintain F5 BIGIP and BIGIQ services.
Manage F5 Distributed Cloud XC components for global application delivery and security.
Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure system stability and compliance.
Create, update, and maintain security policies, including WAF configurations.
Implement and tune bot profiles to mitigate automated threats.
Configure and monitor DDoS protection across F5 platforms.
Monitor system health, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to traffic management, SSL/TLS, and application availability, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements




Hands-on experience with F5 BIGIP modules LTM, ASM, AFM, DNS, APM.
Experience with advanced features such as IP Intelligence.
Familiarity with BIGIQ for centralized management and analytics.
Knowledge of F5 Distributed Cloud XC services and architecture.
Solid understanding of networking protocols TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS.
Experience configuring WAF policies, Bot Defense, and DDoS mitigation.
Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and application security best practices.
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or iRules for automation and customization.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Preferred Qualifications: F5 Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or F5 Certified Solution Expert (CSE).
Experience with cloud integrations AWS, Azure, GCP, and API-based automation.
Experience in administering Application Security and CNAPP tools Veracode, SonarQube, Wiz.
