Key Responsibilities
Supervise production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily plan.
Monitor manpower allocation and maintain shift discipline.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Maintain production records and shift reports.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.
Identify production issues and report them to the concerned department.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety guidelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Handover shift status and pending work to the next shift.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
