Roles and Responsibilities :
Serve as a member of the CMD/DMD staff, providing support and analysis.
Understand requirements for analysis and presentations needed by the CMD/DMD.
Deliver PowerPoint presentations and provide meaningful insights using Excel.
Gather information from various organizational sources.
Work closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements :
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a valuable command of spoken and written English.
Experience in project planning, execution, and management.
Ability to work under pressure, manage quick project turnarounds,



and handle ambiguity.
Comfortable navigating the organization and interacting with senior leadership.
An MBA is preferred; candidates with a background in consulting or manufacturing/Auto OEM industries are encouraged to apply.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
