We are looking for a skilled skilled with 8 to 12 years of experience in the ITSM Tools domain, based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of ITSM framework and ITIL.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage core modules like Incident and Problem Management, Asset management, CMDB, Change and Release management, SLM, Availability and Capacity Management, Knowledge Management, Catalogue and Request fulfillment.
Integrate with third-party tools and manage code and data migration, upgradation, installation, and plugins.
Work on Performance Analytics and Reports, and troubleshoot issues to identify solutions.
Coordinate with different teams to progress and complete work.
Implement end-to-end infrastructure monitoring and discovery operations tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements




Robust background in ITSM Tools domain with deep knowledge of ITSM framework and ITIL.
Experience with CMDB tools such as BMC Remedy, Symphony, or Cherwell.
Understanding and working knowledge of end-to-end infrastructure monitoring and discovery operations tools.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions.
Ability to coordinate with different teams to progress and complete work.
Certification in ITIL and Tools Certifications is required.
Past experience in 23 implementation is a plus.
