Key Responsibilities

Store Operations
Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and product replenishment.
Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand standards.
Support billing, cash management, and store reporting processes.

Sales and Customer Service
Drive store sales and contribute towards achieving revenue targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pet-care products and services.
Ensure customers receive a high-quality and personalised shopping experience.




Monitor store performance metrics and identify prospects to improve sales.

Team Management
Assist with staff scheduling and allocation of daily responsibilities.
Train, guide, and motivate team members.
Monitor employee performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Lead store operations in the Store Managers absence.

Qualifications and Requirements
3–5 years of experience in retail sales, store operations, or a similar role.
Robust communication, customer service, and team-management skills.
Ability to understand sales reports, financial statements, and store performance metrics.
Comfortable working with pets and advising customers on pet-care requirements.
A genuine interest in animals and the pet-care industry is preferred.
