Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery of the branch network within the assigned region or portfolio
Ensure effective and effective branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and customer service
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive service excellence
Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including performance management, training, and development
Collaborate with other business units and support functions to align branch operations with the overall business objectives
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement,



and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the development and implementation of branch network strategies and initiatives

Requirements
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify solutions
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements
