Relationship Manager – Motor Insurance (Agency Channel)

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance agents/advisors for Motor Insurance products.
Drive Motor Insurance sales, including new policy acquisition and policy renewals, through the agency channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders.
Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing sales support to agents.
Monitor agent performance and guide them to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and proper documentation.
Address customer queries and maintain high service standards.
Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Insurance, BFSI, Field Sales will be an added advantage.
Solid communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Motor Insurance products is preferred.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
