Lumbyn Energy is a growing rooftop solar company serving Bihar & Jharkhand. We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling) for our Patna office.

This is a phone-first, target-driven role. You will spend the day on calls - calling fresh leads, explaining rooftop solar and government subsidy in easy Hindi, qualifying interest, and booking site surveys for our field team. Please apply only if you enjoy high-volume calling and targets.

Responsibilities:
High volume of daily outbound and inbound calls to leads and assigned lists.
Explain solar advantages and subsidy in Hindi; qualify interest, roof space and budget.
Book site surveys for the field team (primary target); follow up across the funnel.




Maintain clean records in the calling CRM; hit daily and weekly call and survey targets.

Requirements:
1+ year telecalling / inside sales / BPO experience (2+ years preferred).
Fluent Hindi; confident and resilient on the phone. Basic English a plus.
Based in, or willing to work from, Patna (in office).
Own an Android smartphone (to run our calling CRM / SIM-based dialer).

Compensation: Rs 16,000/month fixed + Rs 24,000 annual bonus (on completion of one year) + performance incentives. Clear growth path to team-lead / field sales.
