Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to perform a range of compliance and verification tasks on customer information for originated products including cards, and personal loans.

The objective of this role is to meet agreed service and quality standards, ensure we are lending responsibly and customer information is protected in accordance with NAB policy.

Key Accountabilities

The principle accountability of this role is to perform compliance and verification tasks accurately which includes but are not limited to:
Verify all required customer information and supporting documentation/financials to confirm accuracy of customer position and identity
Make customer contact for all digital and assisted channel applications channel that require additional supporting information in line with responsible lending guidelines.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work instructions
Liaise with colleagues including Credit Decisioning Assessors for policy waivers and/or referrals/Overviews, IFS (Fraud) ,Retail and Everyday Banking ,




Manage risk, adhering to current process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified
Complete compliance and role- based learning as required and on time
Manage ones individual performance metrics including productivity, throughput and quality. Ownership of updating Real Time Management(RTM)
Make contributions to the team, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as appropriate

Essential Capabilities
Ability to understand key credit related documentation including, but not limited to, financial statements, income documents, bank statements and identification requirements
Resilience, Communication and Prioritisation skills
