Role & responsibilities :
Monitor and control fermentation parameters such as pH, temperature, agitation and aeration.
Conduct fermentation sampling.
Support scale-up and optimization of fermentation processes.
Coordinate with Production, QC, and R&D; teams to achieve production targets.
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic practices during inoculation, fermentation, and downstream operations.
Monitor production areas for microbial contamination risks.
Participate in contamination investigations and implement corrective actions.
Verify cleaning, Fogging/sanitization, and sterilization effectiveness.
Maintain and handle microbial culture banks and seed cultures.
Perform culture propagation activities as per established procedures.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and traceability of microbial cultures.
Prepare and review batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and process documentation.
Ensure timely documentation of deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
