Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Beauty Consultant to deliver a premium in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury retail and a consultative approach to selling.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized product consultations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Demonstrate solid product knowledge and effectively communicate product advantages and usage.
Support cross-selling and upselling to enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain high standards of grooming, visual presentation, merchandising, and store hygiene.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, billing, and day-to-day store operations.




Maintain customer records and support clienteling and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Support and guide junior Beauty Consultants on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
Participate in product training, store activities, promotions, and recent launches.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–6 years in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail.
Strong sales orientation with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling.
Well-groomed with a skilled and confident personality.
Ability to work in a target-driven retail setting.
Prior experience in premium/luxury beauty or skincare retail will be preferred.
