Drive Trade Facilitation sales and business expansion across the assigned territory, optimizing warehouse utilization, managing operational margins, and ensuring profitability across locations.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition: Prospect and cold-call potential clients, conduct territory potential assessments, and present custom trade facilitation solutions.
Pricing & Margin Management: Gather field operational costs, calculate appropriate margins, negotiate competitive client quotes, and secure formal agreements.
Operations & Field Coordination: Liaise between Head Office (HO), cluster, and field teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations, deal setup, and swift issue resolution.
Receivables & Risk Mitigation: Enforce strict 30-day collection cycles to minimize overdues, perform client due diligence, and monitor market intelligence to mitigate commodity risks.
Cluster & Warehouse Management: Strategize local business growth, optimize capacity at leased/franchisee warehouses, and manage cluster administrative functions.
Reporting & Compliance: Deliver accurate cluster performance reports and ensure strict adherence to corporate policies and agricultural compliance standards.

Experience: 6 years & above
