The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Skilled Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Spring Boot.
Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java frameworks.
In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Familiarity with application configuration, deployment, and performance tuning.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
