Should be able to manage site independently, Line Out, Marking from drawings, Estimation of quantities of steel, concrete, plaster, blocks etc, getting work executed at site through labour contractors, interacting with client's representatives. Checking sub contractors bills, preparing our Bills.

Looking for candidates from Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai having reasonable experience of handling building construction site independently or as part of team working in tandem with other engineers, supervisors. Should have knowledge of IS Codes, concreting, steel estimation etc
