Key Responsibilities
Perform Verification & Validation (V&V;) testing of biochemistry and CLIA systems.
Conduct performance testing using samples, controls, and standards.
Execute sample testing manually and on analyzers.
Prepare and maintain test reports as per defined protocols.
Ensure accurate documentation and quality of test results.
Coordinate with R&D;, QC, and Product Management teams.
Support testing activities at laboratories and hospitals, as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
DMLT qualification preferred.
02 years of laboratory experience using biochemistry and CLIA analyzers.
Solid knowledge of laboratory testing, documentation, and quality procedures.
Valuable analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
