Key Responsibilities
Meet customers to understand their cybersecurity, compliance, and business requirements.
Recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions, including SOC, SIEM, MDR/XDR, VAPT, PAM, DLP, Cloud Security, and Email Security.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops.
Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SoW).
Advise customers on security frameworks and compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, RBI, SEBI CSCRF, CERT-In, DPDP, and NIST.
Coordinate with delivery, SOC, and engineering teams to design and implement customer solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, security technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.




3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, consulting, SOC, or security implementation.
Valuable understanding of network security, cloud security, SOC, SIEM, VAPT, endpoint security, identity security, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with leading security technologies such as firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM/PAM, and vulnerability management.
Solid communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and design practical security solutions.
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Microsoft Security, Fortinet NSE, or Cisco Security are an added advantage.
