Roles and Responsibility
Assist in the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols and study designs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.
Conduct literature reviews and analyze data to inform study design and methodology decisions.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of study documentation and progress.
Collaborate with investigators and site staff to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
Provide support for quality control and quality assurance activities related to clinical trials.

Job Requirements




Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline or a related field.
Solid understanding of clinical research principles, including GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with clinical trial databases and software applications is desirable.
