End to end management of client assignments / inquiries entailing requirement gathering, quotation, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling & delivery.
Be the account manager and provide exceptional service to the clients on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to their needs and objectives.
Accept ownership for total account management.
Handling energetic scheduling of work allocation to freelancers as per the subject area & services across time zones.
Closely monitor volume allocations to ensure equal distribution between quality pool of freelancers while adhering to assignment budget.
Working in collaboration with the internal teams for responding to client queries and manage processing.
Tracking deadline,



ensuring timely deliveries, manage last minute scheduling changes.
Maintain and develop freelancer relationship, share feedback with freelancers on procedural issues and respond to their routine queries.
Co-ordination with sales team to support with service understanding and quotation for client conversion.
Reporting to Deputy Manager Project Management.
Prepare & analyze MIS data for dashboards, trend identification to devise next steps.
Implementation of business strategies to achieve set goals.
Adherence to company policies and guidelines.
