Role & responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
Site Operations:
Supervise and provide guidance to the site engineers, ensuring their tasks are aligned with project requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Review and approve construction drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure the availability of necessary resources, materials, and equipment.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.




Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any quality issues or deviations.
Collaborate with the quality control team to develop and maintain quality assurance procedures.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and technical reports.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and approvals.
Assist in the preparation of project-related documentation for regulatory compliance.
Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE):
Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures, promoting a protected working workplace.
Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards.
Report any safety incidents or accidents and contribute to the implementation of preventive measures
