To ensure that Fosroc HSE Standards and Procedures are fully implemented, ensure Legal Compliance, increase HSE awareness, and establish a safe working culture in all Operational and Non Operational areas/functions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
ESSENTIAL

Assist HSE Manager on Group HSE Training Modules and ensure that all employees are adequately trained, through Formal and informal training sessions

Enforce and ensure compliance to Permit To Work standards at all times.
?
Assist HSE Manager in conducting internal HSE audits at regular intervals.
?
Compile monthly HSE Reports for submission, monthly categorization of all USAC’s reported/observed during the past month. From which undertake continual categorization of the USAC’s and prepare specific action plans as required to reduce USAC’s and eliminate re-occurrence.

Control the purchase and issue of all PPE and ensure the correct PPE are in use.
?
Conducting incident investigations, identify Root and Contributory Causes,
prepare associated reports and action plan to eliminate/ prevent reoccurrence.
?
Carry out Formal Risk Assessments as per Fosroc Risk Assessment Methodology, for all Hazardous Tasks, Recent and Unusual Tasks and informal Risk Assessments for all PTW certificates.

Perform any other HSE duties as directed/required by senior management
