About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding customer needs, and delivering high-impact product features.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing product lifecycles, gathering requirements, and working in a rapid-paced SaaS or technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable features.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvements.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions.
Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams.
Track product development timelines and ensure timely feature releases.




Monitor product performance using data and customer insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals.
Drive continuous improvements by identifying product and process enhancement prospects.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Product Management, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product backlogs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar project management tools.
Prior experience in a SaaS or technology product company is preferred.
