We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion R2R and C2C Functional Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience. The position is based in Bengaluru, and the mode of work is Work From Office, with a minimum of 3 days working per week.
Roles and Responsibility
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Finance R2R solutions.
Configure and test modules such as General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Receivables, and SLA.
Conduct solution design workshops and stakeholder sessions.
Drive data migration and integration strategies.
Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and localization (e.g., EMEA).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Analyze and optimize Order Management, Receivables, Collections, and Revenue Recognition processes.
Configure Oracle Fusion modules to support end-to-end C2C workflows and provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
Solid functional knowledge of R2R and C2C modules.
Experience with global rollouts, multientity setups, and localizations.
Hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and customization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Fusion Functional Certification is preferred.
Background in Finance Accounting.
