About the Role

We are hiring a Programmatic Trader with hands-on expertise in The Trade Desk (TTD) and Amazon DSP to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience with campaign execution, audience targeting, reporting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize campaigns on The Trade Desk (TTD) and Amazon DSP.
Create and manage programmatic display, video, native, and CTV campaigns.
Build audience segments using first-party and third-party data.
Monitor pacing, budgets, and campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.




Work closely with Client Services, Media Planning, and Analytics teams.
Implement audience strategies using Amazon audiences and marketplace insights.
Conduct A/B testing and campaign experimentation.
Stay updated with current programmatic trends and DSP capabilities.

Mandatory Skills
4–7 years of Programmatic Advertising experience.
Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk (TTD).
Solid experience with Amazon DSP.
Knowledge of Display, Video, Native, Audio, and CTV campaigns.
Audience segmentation and targeting.
Campaign optimization and bid management.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with Excel and campaign reporting.
Excellent stakeholder communication.
