About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle Management, Employee Engagement, MIS Reporting, and HR Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding activities for recent employees.
Employee Engagement
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate wellness programs, celebrations, and learning activities.
Assist in employee communication and feedback collection.
HR Analytics & MIS
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
Track key HR metrics, including:
Recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time)
Offer-to-Joining Ratio
Attrition Rate
Headcount Analysis
Diversity Metrics
