We are seeking a proactive Service Manager who can build meaningful client relationships while delivering best-in-class service and operational excellence. This role involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients across their onboarding, servicing, and portfolio-related requirements.

What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance, ensuring all documentation and data collection are accurate and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
Liaise directly with clients, Banks, AMCs, and Product Manufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers, etc.).
Support a wide range of products, platforms, and reporting systems
Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities including fund transfers, tax reports, account maintenance, portfolio review preparation,



and ad-hoc client requests.
Support Private Bankers and participate in client discussions as required

What We're Looking For
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing / Finance from a reputed university.
2 - 6 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
Robust operational understanding of Banking and Mutual Fund processes.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools, and transaction platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a quick-moving setting.
Ability to simplify complex processes and problem statements
