We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - Architecture with 8 to 13 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of Pega architecture and design, as well as expertise in all phases of software development.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide thought and technical leadership to team members on complex problems and business requirements.
Maintain advanced knowledge of Pega architecture and design, including latest features and tools.
Enhance skill set and knowledge to leverage trends, techniques, and practices.
Advocate for the adoption of reusable components strategy in enterprise solutions.
Mentor and monitor team deliverables, providing timely feedback on Pega practices and solutions.
Lead simplistic designs leveraging OotB components and low-code options.
Collaborate with internal Pega PGC, COE function, and Bookingcom Architecture Groups to define and refine Pega best practices.
Design optimal solutions without unnecessary complexity and define a service-oriented architecture.
Work closely with the Product team to provide feedback on product enhancements needed to support the BUs or organization's needs.




Collaborate with internal IT Engineering and Architecture teams to understand hardware requirements, network landscape, server topology, and integration needs.
Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and influence stakeholders accordingly.
Show mindfulness of when to integrate with other products versus using Pega E2E and present the best architecture to meet desired needs.

Job Requirements
Expert knowledge of PEGA Systems and Pega Customer Service apps is required.
Working experience with Pega constellation or DX API is necessary.
A valid Pega Lead System Architect certification must be obtained.
A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
Experience in application servers and programming languages is expected.
Knowledge of diverse databases and integration techniques is essential.
