Role- EA - Executive Assistant

Mode - Work from Office 5 days

Location - Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Type - Permanent, Full Time

The role supports the management team of CADRE (Founders, Head of Business, CTO & Head of Operations) in the following broad areas
Organization-wide metrics

Design the company's core metrics framework - define what we measure across brands/products/people cost. Build and maintain dashboards and MIS for decision making.

Prepare board materials, investor updates and performance reporting. Fix accounting, risk and compliance gaps in consultation with external vendors

Work towards bringing the accounting function inhouse.
Fundraise Prep

Drive the next fundraise - investor pipeline development, outreach coordination and process management.

Manage investor queries, diligence requests.

Track post-investment obligations (conditions precedent, closing actions, conditions subsequent, MIS)
Enabling business strategy

Build business cases, competitive maps, and go/no-go frameworks for decisions, current products,



recent markets and adjacent opportunities.

Support market-entry and expansion strategy across recent geographies, including case-volume mapping, institutional landscape analysis, and partnership evaluation.

Evaluate strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and inorganic opportunities, with structured recommendations to leadership.

Assist or own (as directed by management team) as Domestic and International Expansion initiatives
Other general functions

Act as the management teams proxy in internal or external meetings - representing intent and context with the authority to move things forward.

Run high-priority special projects that don't yet have an owner, from zero to handoff.

Coordinate across product, finance, operations and business development - removing blockers and keeping critical workstreams aligned.
