T&C; Manager :

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end testing and commissioning of telecom systems including:

CCTV Surveillance
Public Address System
Passenger Information Display System (PIDS)
Telephone System
Radio Communication
Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems

Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
Review and approve test procedures, commissioning documentation, and system integration plans.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate client inspections, audits, and final acceptance testing.




Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during commissioning.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

BE/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in telecom system commissioning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Robust understanding of telecom system architecture, protocols, and integration.
Experience in metro/railway/infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Proficient in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
