Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling prospects to grow the customers portfolio
Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Actively participate in community engagement activities to promote the banks brand and services




Contribute to the achievement of the branchs sales and revenue targets
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and skilled manner

Requirements
In a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology
