We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S4HANA Sales and Distribution SD Functional Consultant with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic international team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP S4HANA SD solutions in spare parts business, focusing on the full sales order management cycle, postsales processes, pricing, billing, and customer service functionalities.
Roles and Responsibility
Design and configure SAP S4HANA SD solutions specifically for spare parts operations, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, returns, and service parts management.
Support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Align system configuration with logistics processes such as delivery scheduling, ATP Available to Promise, and parts returns.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
Conduct functional testing and support UAT and cutover activities.
Deliver training to end users and create relevant documentation.
Provide ongoing support and enhancement post go-live to improve process performance and user experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with a robust focus on SD.
Good work experience in SAP S4HANA, with participation in at least one implementation project in S4HANA in an automotive or aftermarket service workplace.
Deep knowledge of spare parts logistics, service order processing, and reverse logistics.
Experience with complex pricing models and customer-specific conditions.
Solid process orientation and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
Team player with experience working in cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and SAP Activate.
Willingness to work on CET shift, as that is the shift the entire team works.
Travel to client office C V Raman Nagar Bagmane for 2 to 3 days or all days wherever applicable.
