This is a full time, on-site role for an Interior Design Faculty at INSD BANER. The position is based in Pune. The responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students in interior design courses, developing course content, preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback. The faculty will also assist in curriculum development, participate in academic activities, organize workshops, and stay updated with trends and developments in the field of interior design.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Interior Design concepts, techniques, and space planning
Experience with Design Software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DS MAX
Effective communication, teaching, and student mentoring skills
Creativity and ability to inspire and motivate students
Robust organizational and project management abilities
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the institution's growth
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Prior teaching or industry experience in interior design is highly desirable
