We are seeking a candidate with solid Palantir Foundry expertise along with programming skills to join our data engineering and governance team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in backend development and hands-on experience in building Web applications. This role involves close collaboration with business and data teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Foundry-based applications, workflows, and data pipelines using Workshop, Code Repositories, and Contour.
Perform backend development using PySpark, Python and SQL to support data processing, transformation, and integration.
Optimize performance, manage versioning, and ensure best practices in CI/CD and source control (Git)
Develop unit tests using Pytest and follow best coding practices.
Requirements
Must Have
Hands on with PySpark, Python, Pytest and UI development using React and TypeScript
Familiar with Git, CI/CD
Palantir Foundry experience
Positive to Have
Experience with Data Governance implementation
Qualifications
You have a bachelor's degree in computer science.
Palantir Foundry Certifications are positive to have.
Experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
Idea of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile workflows
Proficiency in Java Script, Python, SQL, and object-oriented programming for backend data processing and service development.
Experience with Pytest for testing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Data Governance implementation is a Plus
