Job Description Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Interior Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential interior sales and client relationship management, with the ability to coordinate closely with design and execution teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities Assist the Interior Sales team in handling customer enquiries and lead follow-ups.
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and sales-related documents.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project handovers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.




Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior sales (mandatory).
Strong understanding of interior materials, BOQs, costing, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented setting.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with premium residential interior projects.
Knowledge of the Kerala residential interior market.
