Policybazaar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area / Territory Manager to lead and manage field sales operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in insurance sales, proven experience in leading field sales teams, and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills who can consistently drive business growth and team performance.

Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
Mandatory proficiency in Gujarati (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve organizational sales objectives.
Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs,
and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and capability.
Oversee field sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and business initiatives.
Build, develop, and maintain robust relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, analyze business metrics, and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Mandatory fluency in Gujarati, with a solid understanding of the Ahmedabad and Gujarat market.
