Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Configuration Database CI Management.
Solid knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
Experience in managing and maintaining configuration items within complex IT environments.
Ability to analyze system configurations and identify discrepancies or potential issues.
Familiarity with tools and techniques used for configuration tracking and change management.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Database CI Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
