Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels to showcase Pratha Sarees’ collections and brand story. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, coordinating photo and video shoots, writing captions, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends in fashion and digital media. The role involves optimizing posts for reach and engagement, analyzing performance metrics,



and adjusting strategies to grow the online community and drive traffic to stores or online channels. Collaboration with design, sales, and marketing teams is expected to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications
Robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for transparent, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
Familiarity with analytics tools, basic graphic design or video editing, and knowledge of fashion or textile industry trends.
Proven ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
