Key Responsibilities TRO Coordination & Delivery: + Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) + Coordinate with UK-based teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery Technical Interpretation: + Interpret maps, drawings, and technical highway plans + Validate accuracy of TRO inputs Stakeholder Coordination: + Collaborate with engineers, legal teams, and project managers in the UK + Support communication and documentation workflows Documentation & Compliance: + Prepare documentation for legal drafting and consultations + Maintain accurate records aligned with UK regulations Process & Quality Assurance: + Review TRO documentation for compliance + Improve workflows and templates Operational Support: + Coordinate meetings and support TRO Managers Responsibilities + Quality checks of data and drawing outputs; + Take ownership of tasks assigned and search for solutions where required; + Zeal to grow self and dedication towards working independently/ with minimal guidance where required; + Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies; + Transparent communication (verbal and written)



with colleagues in India and the UK on all matters - project related technical communication and day-to-day matters; + Work within project constraints; such as time, budget and resource; and + Attend and contribute in team and project meetings; + Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline. Key Competencies/ Skills Mandatory Skills Essential skills + Strong ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and technical drawings (desirable not mandatory) + Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail + Strong written and verbal communication skills (UK-facing role) + Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote/global setup + Proficiency in MS Office and digital mapping tools (e.g., GIS platforms) · Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, including Geography, English, Engineering, Legal or any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills Qualifications Qualifications required + Diploma/ bachelor's degree + Geography / English (Preferred) Years of experience Minimum 1.5- 2 years of experience
