Sr. Technology Associates- End User Computing MDM System Administrator is accountable for ensuring the effective operation of the End User Computing MDM System setting through administration of the global End User Computing MDM System infrastructure.
Able to provision the applications required for business purposes.
Needs to ensure the security compliance of Colgates workstations and Servers.
Sound knowledge on application Virtualization (Microsoft Windows 365 preferred).
Ability to independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution.
Ability to function as support coordinator balancing resource loads, tracking SLA progress.

Required Qualifications
Over all 5+ years of IT experience
Familiar with End User Computing technologies like Microsoft Intune, VMware/Workspace ONE Active Directory, Tanium,Microsoft Windows 365Vmware Horizon
Positive knowledge on Powershell scripting
Working knowledge of Windows Operating System workplace Windows 10 , 11 and Server OS
Preferred Qualifications
MDM Microsoft Intune operational knowledge, Workspace One, Microsoft Windows 365
Patch management
Windows Operating System Management and Imaging - Windows 10 , 11
Analytics skill for reporting and inventory
