Bitamin builds a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that helps businesses run campaigns, automate conversations, and drive repeat sales on WhatsApp.

As Technical Pre-Sales and Support Engineer, you are the technical face of the product: you run demos alongside the sales team, onboard new clients, build their automations, and resolve their issues so they stay and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical product demos and proof of concept setups alongside the business development team.
Onboard current clients end to end: WhatsApp Business API setup, number verification, template approvals, and integrations.
Build chatbots, auto reply flows, campaign journeys, and CRM or website integrations for client use cases.
Provide first line and second line support over phone, WhatsApp, and email, and resolve tickets within SLA.
Train client teams to use the dashboard, campaigns, and reports on their own.
Reproduce bugs, document them clearly,



and coordinate with the development team for fixes.
Create help guides, FAQs, and short tutorial videos to reduce repeat queries.

Requirements:
1 to 4 years in technical support, sales engineering, or implementation, preferably for a SaaS product.
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and basic integrations; comfort reading JSON and API docs.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, chatbot builders, or CRM tools is a strong plus.
Transparent communicator who can explain technical concepts to non technical business owners.
Fluency in Assamese, Odia, Bengali, Hindi and English.
