Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor QA/Test Automation teams.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
Own Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Execution, and Test Closure activities.
Manage defect lifecycle, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
Drive release management and quality governance processes.
Collaborate with business, product, development, and leadership stakeholders.
Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and release readiness status.
Promote adoption of AI-driven testing practices using GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI solutions.
Ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps best practices.
