Develop and expand export business in international markets.

Identify recent overseas customers, distributors, and business opportunities.

Handle export enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and contract negotiations.

Coordinate with customers for technical and commercial requirements.

Manage complete export order execution, documentation, and shipment coordination.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export procedures.

Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Logistics for timely deliveries.

Achieve export sales targets and prepare MIS and sales forecasts.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with global customers.

8–12 years of experience in Export Sales from an Engineering or Manufacturing company.

Solid knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, international logistics, and commercial terms.

Experience in handling overseas customers and business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Willingness to travel internationally.
