Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Location: Remote
Engagement Type: Fulltime
Shift Timing: US EST Shift 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team on a consulting basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate with other Microsoft and third-party applications
Develop and publish interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources for solution development
Perform solution architecture, requirement gathering, and technical documentation
Troubleshoot, debug,



and optimize existing solutions
Collaborate with US-based teams during EST shift hours for requirement analysis, demos, and reviews
Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration points
Experience with data modeling, connectors, and APIs
Familiarity with Azure services, security roles, and setting management
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Solid communication skills for working with international teams in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, or equivalent
Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations
Prior experience working in US EST shift
