Senior Business Development Lead

Location: Mumbai | Remote Role

Firstlight is building India's leading influencer marketing agency for FMCG brands.
We're looking for someone who loves the chase, someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and closing partnerships with some of the country's biggest FMCG brands.

What you'll do:
• Build and own a pipeline of FMCG brands and marketing agencies.
• Lead outreach, pitches, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Close new business and hand over clients seamlessly to the campaign team.
• Grow long-term client relationships that turn into repeat business.
• Represent Firstlight in meetings, industry events, and wherever opportunities exist.

Must have:
• 3–5+ years in Business Development,



Sales, or Partnerships
• Experience selling Influencer marketing, media, or advertising
• Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable owning revenue targets and working independently

Valuable to have:
• Existing relationships with FMCG brands, agencies, or marketing teams.
• Experience in influencer marketing or the creator economy.
